Yes, It’s way different from acupuncture. The philosophies are different and so is the technique.
Dry needling is used to increase blood flow, oxygen, and healing properties to trigger points and tight tissues that are in need of a different approach. Accompanied with appropriate tissue preparation, (soft tissue mobilization, stretching, and strengthening), Dry Needling can be a great way to make significant changes in your recovery and performance.

Saturday morning mindful, grounded, energetic yoga practice. Find out the wonders of an all-levels, slow flow vinyasa yoga class that cultivates connection with your heart, mind and body. Give yourself the gift of slowing down and connecting with your breath, while you move through a variety of guided strengthening postures geared towards increasing flexibility, balance, focus, and self-awareness. Learn how the ancient practice of yoga can release your stress and tension.
CHAIR YOGA
NEW CLASS. A Great Practice for anyone interested in trying yoga with added mobility reassurance using a chair. In this hour, you will be guided through breath work and gentle movement to quiet the nervous system with the reassurance of various chair postures and the guidance of a Physical Therapy Assistant of over 35 years.

Slow Flow 45 minutes and 15 minute meditation.
A 45 minute class of slow flow yoga poses designed to create an experience synchronizing breath to movement. An additional 15 minutes of meditation challenging oneself to quiet the mind and anchoring attention to the rhythm of the breath.
Morning Series Coming Soon
Be present with all senses. Experience a meditative Vinyasa Flow/Slow Flow practice that emphasizes peace and calm in body and mind. Over 15 years in the yoga community; emphasizing gratitude, inclusivity, and compassion with every session. Join to breath, stretch, and move through strength.
Sundays 8:30am
This class is perfect for beginners or someone who has been practicing for a while. Students are introduced to a wide variety poses and Calee changes the peak pose monthly. Calee incorporates breath work and some meditation in a “flow” style class with Sun Salutations. Options are always given and prop use is encouraged. If you have yoga blocks and a strap she encourages that you bring them.
ALL Weekly Yoga Classes are $15 exact cash/venmo to the instructor at time of service.
