I have always wanted to hold a workshop for couples/partners/besties that gives you the tools collaborate, better communicate, and to give your person great hands with grounding, stretching, and therapeutic soft tissue work.

This is a connected, therapist guided experience with:

  • Amy Lemberger, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and

  • Dr. Kat Hurst PT, DPT, CAFS with a unique opportunity this Valentines.

  • Guided Instruction on Collaborative Grounding and Stretching

    • Bring your yoga mat to provide a movement space to gently move your partner into relaxed stretch positions to relieve tension, improve blood flow, and connect.

    • Discover simple energy grounding techniques to connect.

  • Guided Instruction and Hands on Soft Tissue Work

    • With Founder Kat Hurst, Doctor of Physical Therapy (with objectively and subjectively great hands).

    • “Soft tissue mobilization” or manual work is how Physical Therapists do “massage”. It’s a clinical term for the use of various pressures and techniques with gentle stretching, to reduce inflammation and improve blood flow for tissue healing and relaxation.
