Anticipated Outline of the Day:

9:30-10:00a // Welcome

10-11 // Yoga flow with Jane

11-11:15 // Break

11:15a-12:45p // "How to Live a Hormonally balanced lifestyle" with Megan

12:45-1:45p // Lunch on your own

2-3pm // Yoga inservice = "Building basic Asana (poses) from the ground up" with Jane

3-4 // Group discussion (may include health visioning and/or short closing yoga flow pending time)

*all experience levels of yoga are welcome

*light snacks provided
